1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Sagar Indian Cuisine, 7 Main Street, Howth, Dublin 13, D13XOP2. You can reach us on 01-8320182 or at info@sagarrestaurant.ie. By placing an order through this site you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Placing an order online is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. Your order is only confirmed once the restaurant accepts it — you will receive an email at that point, and the order tracking page updates automatically. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the kitchen is at capacity, or the delivery address is outside our area.

All prices shown include VAT. The price charged is always the price held on our own system for the items in your basket at the moment you place the order.

3. Payment

Card payments are processed by Viva.com. We never see or store your full card details. You may also choose to pay cash on collection or on delivery.

Card payments are taken when you complete checkout, before the restaurant accepts the order. If the order is then declined or cancelled, the payment is refunded in full.

4. Delivery and Collection

We deliver within approximately 10km of the restaurant. Delivery charges are between €2.50 and €8.00 depending on distance, and delivery is free on orders over €35. The minimum order for delivery is €20. If we cannot verify your address automatically, the maximum delivery charge applies.

Estimated times (typically 15–20 minutes for collection and 35–45 minutes for delivery) are guidance only and start from when the restaurant accepts your order. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct — we cannot deliver to an incomplete address.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because food is prepared fresh to order, an order cannot be cancelled once the restaurant has accepted it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If we decline or cancel your order, any card payment is refunded in full automatically. Refunds are returned to the card used and can take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank. If something is wrong with your order, call us on 01-8320182 as soon as you can and we will put it right.

6. Allergens

Allergen information is listed against each dish on our menu. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, mustard, sesame and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of a given allergen. If you have a serious allergy, please call us before ordering.

7. Website Use

Menu content, images and branding on this site belong to Sagar Indian Cuisine. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If online ordering is unavailable, please call us on 01-8320182.
